South Haven Center for the Arts

Center Studio for Ages 4-8 with an adult

Maximum- 10 children with one adult, 20 people total. 

Young artists and one adult (parent, grandparent, guardian etc.) are invited to make art together, explore new materials, and create at their own pace following their own interests. Arts Instructor, Sarah Rydecki, will offer guidance and a variety of different art supplies each session.

July 10- Sculpture: Found objects, wood, and clay.

July 17- Painting: Tempera, acrylics, and color mixing.

July 24- Printmaking and Collage: Stamps and paper scraps.

July 31- Fiber Arts and Beads: Weave, stitch, and string.

August 7- Watercolor: Drip, spray, and splatter.

$15 members, $20 non-members, per-session
Register for all 5 sessions, $45 members, $60 non-members
Fee waivers available upon need.

Register in child's name with adult.

In Center Studio ages 4-8, please note this is a class for adults to stay and participate together with your child. If you would prefer a drop-off class - please search for other ages 4-8 classes. Additionally, please register your 8 year-old in whichever programs age wise you feel fits them best!
