Needle Felting Focus - Middle and High School
Needle Felting Class with Erin Zoet
Three sessions: Tuesday March 11, 18 and 25 (students do not need to attend all three, they can attend any session they are able).
In this class, we will learn the basics of needle felting, while creating a small felt succulent and other projects. Each student will leave with a finished a needle-felted project. Erin will have many examples of finished projects for students to look at. Students may create a project based on the group project for this class or if they have needle felting experience they may come with drawings or ideas of something they would like to create. If attending all three sessions classes the student can work on a larger project that takes two or more class periods to complete.
Supplies will be included.
This class is free and made possible by the Van Buren Youth Initiative. Pre-registration is recommended, but not required, because space is limited. We will need either a participation form or the Van Buren Youth Initiative permission form: https://forms.gle/b59GAjbHEtqQKyAy5 on file for any student that attends.
