South Haven Center for the Arts

Artists will be inspired to explore new art media each week. Students are welcome to join us for one week, or for all six weeks. This week dive in the world of mixed media art! In this class students will experiment with different materials and techniques to create things like "skins" - a texture surface that adds depth and interest to their art work. They will also learn exiting image transfer methods to later photos, drawings and patterns in their art work.

This is a drop-off class. Parents and adults are welcome to wait for students in the downstairs lobbies and gallery. For parents and adults who wish to attend the class with their children, please see our family programs on Wednesday and Thursday.
